Guarantee / Return Policy
We guarantee the quality of our movies on DVD. If the DVD arrives broken or damaged we will replace it. Send us back the DVD disc and we will replace it within 7 days free of charge. We cannot be responsible for wear and tear, so we advise that you clean the disc carefully and avoid scratching the surface. Should a DVD disc not play correctly please contact us and we will resolve the issue. Please check your DVD player or Playstation. In some cases you may have to select NTSC format instead of PAL on your player. Disclaimer: Due to the infinite variety of programs and applications that are on various PC platforms (Mac & Windows), we cannot garantee the DVD disc will play correctly on all PC’s. Our Discs are created to play on DVD players.
Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to make sure your order is delivered correctly and as fast as possible. We cannot garantee delivery if your address is incomplete or incorrect. Often we will contact you if we feel the address has mistakes. International orders are shipped via airmail and pass through customs, so please allow time for delivery. If an order is not delivered it may be having difficulty passing through customs and we will send you a customs tracking number. If you do not receive your order we will investigate and will most likely ship a second order free of charge. For international orders we will charge for shipping only. We will not ship more than a second time to the same address as we feel there is a problem with postal delivery in your country and in this case we do not give refunds after a second shipment.
Payment
We accept the four major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery Card. Your transaction is processed on our secure servers and your information is fully protected and shielded. Payments are made to Empty Mind Films LLC. Your payment information is processed by a leading credit card merchant with very secure online payment gateway. Once an order is processed for payment this cannot be cancelled or refunded. This transaction does not occur on our servers or website. We will however replace any or all faulty merchandise.
Copyright and the Law
In recent years, international laws have been strengthened to stop piracy and illegal copying of films. We applaud this move as a respect for the hard work that film makers put into their work and the substantial financial risks that this takes. Without piracy and copyright laws, we cannot continue our passion to deliver independent film titles. Our films are sold on DVD for single person private viewing in the home. No copying in full or part is allowed and no distribution by digital means is allowed. This includes trailers and video clips and posting on the internet. If you wish to show our films in multiple viewing, such as a classroom or a public viewing, please contact us. We are very reasonable and willing to help you. If you would like to embed any of our video clips on your website please send us details. All the content on this website is created and owned by Jon Braeley of Empty Mind Films LLC. This includes photographs, video and ancillary artwork. Should you wish to use anything you see, be it a photo or video please contact us, we are very open to sharing our work, which is better than it being stolen. You will also have good karma.

Your right to privacy is important to us. This Site may collect personal data when you interact with the site for example when you subscribe for newsletters; register for membership services such as downloads or message boards; participate in chat rooms or blogs or other user forums; respond to polls or surveys and purchase merchandise via the store. We do not share this information to third parties and neither is this information kept on an unsecured network. You can use the site and certain other services without providing any personal data, but if you decline to provide some information, you may not be able to use certain services or features. If you have previously provided personal data to the site and have subscribed to one or more email newsletters or are receiving emails or other communications from us and you do not want to receive such emails, please contact us and we will remove you from our subscription list.
