A scene from our new 2014 release, In the Footsteps of the Buddha. This clip features a passenger from the ‘Buddha Express’ as he joins our pilgrims on Buddha’s journey. Here he discusses his introduction into Vipassana meditation – the technique discovered by the Buddha while he searched for enlightenment. It is a method of self-observation or self analysis. Today Vipassana is widely practiced and not just by Buddhists or Indians or Tibetans. It has become a mainstream method and a healthy way of meditation.
